Хей всем!
Собираюсь переезжать в Финляндию с целью дальнейшего обучения в университете (через год). Перечитал кучу инфо, что аж голова лопается. Запутался в том, что non-EU citizens должны предоставить 6000 евро(и остальные бумаги, что понятно), чтобы им дали как бы визу и residence permit. Так? Что же касается EU citizens, так написано ведь, что EU citizens and the citizens of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland (see Finnish Immigration Service http://www.migri.fi/) do not need a residence permit when studying in Finland. For a stay longer than three months period, students from EU countries need to register their right to reside in Finland at the local police department.
Вот тут и понеслась. Значит просто нужно идти в police department и там register?
The criteria for right to reside in Finland are as follows: the main purpose for residence in Finland are the full-time studies in a Finnish higher education institution, the student is able to support his or her living in Finland, the student has a valid health insurance. Students coming from Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Iceland do not need to have a clarification on their financing.
А здесь опять "каша молочная"....Что предоставить им нужно? Какие доказательства? Страховка и т.д. - это фигня, и так ясно. А вот ability for support his or her living in Finland. Что за способность та? Я не понимАТЬ ничего....
