Добавить в инструкцию по заполнению объяснения в каком виде надо писать фамилию было очень сложно?
Откуда обычный человек знает про разные виды транскрипции??? Паспорт полицейские заполняют, а не сами граждане - что там в низу никто не читает = пишут в анкетах как ум позволит.
В самолет пустят при 3=х неправильных буквах  Запрета на 5 лет летать в самолётах за ошибку в заполнении не назначают
Но незадачливый турист, пробравшийся в РФ, безусловно, представляет из гораздо большую опасность. |
