Не знаю, как это точно на русском звучит, но одни из самых крупных инвестиционных паевых фондов (?), которые вкладывали деньги в недвижимость, заблокировали снятие средств на неопределенный срок. Смысл в том, что если много людей сразу захотят снять свои вклады, им бы пришлось продавать недвижимость по цене ниже рынка, ну и банкротиться. То есть сейчас они как бы тоже в состоянии банкротства (раз не могут выдать деньги), но это все заморожено |
