Subject: Consumer complaint regarding non-delivery of goods and misleading business practices – TasoGroup OÜ (tasoclean.fi)
Dear TTJA,
I would like to file an official consumer complaint regarding the company TasoGroup OÜ, registry code 16276460, VAT number EE102393796, operating under the website
https://tasoclean.fi
.
Although the website presents the company as “TasoGroup Oy” and lists a Finnish Y-tunnus “16276460”, this number is not a valid Finnish company ID. Instead, it is the Estonian registry code of TasoGroup OU.
This constitutes misleading information directed at Finnish consumers.
Description of the problem
In April 2025, a customer placed an order on tasoclean.fi and paid in advance.
The goods have never been delivered.
The customer sent a written complaint (reklamatsioon) via email and registered mail.
Emails remain unanswered.
Phone calls are rejected.
The registered letter was returned to the sender.
The company remains unreachable through all communication channels.
Additionally, the website contains false business identification details, presenting the company as Finnish (“Oy”) and using the Estonian registry code as a Finnish business ID (“Y-tunnus”). This is deceptive and likely violates consumer protection and fair-trade regulations.
Why this complaint is being filed in Estonia
Although the company targets Finnish consumers, it is legally registered in Estonia (TasoGroup OU ).
Finnish authorities (KKV / ECC Finland) cannot directly investigate or sanction the business.
Therefore, I request TTJA to:
Investigate the company’s practices, including
non-delivery of paid orders,
failure to respond to complaints,
misleading identification on the website.
Determine whether TasoGroup OÜ is complying with Estonian consumer protection laws.
Take necessary enforcement actions if violations are confirmed.
