The tenant has the right to move in on the start date stated in the rental agreement. However, if the start date in the
agreement falls on a Saturday/Sunday or other holiday the tenant can only move in on the following weekday.
REPLY An aparment has been reserved for you until 24.8.2007
Pay the deposit to our bank account by the due date. Please send a copy of your receipt for the deposit and
confirmation of taking the student accommodation to the DAS office.
A signed confirmation given by the response date is seen as a preliminary rental agreement and thereafter
the notice of termination is one calender month.
Remember to come to the housing office by the due date to sign your lease.
KEYS Keys will be issued on the start date of the rental agreement.
