Задал этот же вопрос финской таможенной службе, получил следующий ответ:
It should be noted that the vehicle can be in the customs territory only at the same time as the person who has received the authorisation for temporary import. It isn´t possible to leave the vehicle in Finland.
То есть вероятность появления вопросов у таможенников довольно высока.
