Ужас-ужас...
Сообщают, что она захлебнулась в ванной отеля при мутных обстоятельствах, хотя почему-то отрицается версия убийства.
Сообщают, что готовились к выступлению...потом она пошла в номер, и её через час нашли в ванной утопленной, очень холодной, ногами вверх, головой вниз.. вызвали скорую помощь, которая стала откачивать.
Причины, почему она захлебнулась, неизвестны.
При этом, пишут, что де полицию не сразу пустили...
Вопрос - имела ли место интоксикация, которая могла привести к потере сознания в ванной?

Local police said there were "no obvious signs of criminal intent". [219]
Although no illegal drugs were found, about a half dozen pill bottles were removed from the scene including, Xanax.
Authorities speculate that a combination of Xanax and alcohol could have fatally sedated Houston and she may have fallen asleep or lapsed into unconsciousness in the bathtub and drowned although nothing has been confirmed and it is too early to tell the actual cause of death.
An autopsy is scheduled for February 12, 2012, although any results will be deferred pending a toxicology report. [220]
