Это да, на недвижимое свидетельство дали, с этим мы разобрались. Со счетом сложнее. Вот мне прислали из банка список необходимых документов.
In Finland (copies are ok unless stated otherwise):
- deed of estate inventory
- chain of official certificates; from the day deceased turned 15 to the day he/she passed away. The certificate must be from every city he/she has lived and also from every population register or parish he/she has lived. Wife and children must be shown in the certificates.
- possible will
- marriage settlement agreement if made
- original power of attorney from all the parties to an estate -> must be invidualised e.g. for closing accounts, draw out money. General power of attorney is not valid in a bank!
- if there is a underage party to an estate and there is a conflict of interest must underage have substitute supervisor. In Finland the district registry appoints suitable person.
- official papers should be in Finnish but English is also ok
4 и 5 пункты мне понятны, остальное - нет.
