У меня виза А первая, заканчивается в декабре. Уже полгода прошло. Все было ОК.
А тут на таможне стали домагаться - меняйте, мол, номера.
В тоже время, знакомые с такой же визой ездили 2 года с русскими номерами и по финляндии и через границу.
Так что теперь мы "заперты" в Финляндии. А очень хочется еще на русских номерах поездить в Россию..
Где же достать такое письменное разрешение?
Были на таможне в Oulu - там вообще ниче не знают.
Говорят никак - либо продавайте в России либо номера вешайте итп.
Никаких разрешений не предлагают...

In 2008, I am liable for incoming tax in Finland. I have a temporary - 1 year duration - contract here, I am working for Nokia as Teleca Finland subcontractor. I am applying for an extension of a six month period of temporary use, according to p.1.3 of "Temporary Use of Motor Vehicle in Finland" - for a period of 12 months from the importation date. The use of the vehicle is not connected with purchasing the vehicle to Finland. The vehicle is registered outside Finland (in Russian Federation) and is covered by international motor insurance card.

Приложил копии паспорта с визами, контракта, документов на машину и зеленой карты. Отвез все это в налоговую - в Хельсинках это Vilhonvuorencatu 12, около станции метро Сортаниеми
Через две недели получил искомое разрешение о продлении.
