Мнение одного австралийского врача: Ешьте как китайцы (рис, овощи, мясо) и похудеете
Проверено временем, китайцы - самая "худая" нация.
Переводить некогда, но все, наверное, достаточно понимают английский.

The Chinese Diet
Neil Peace, MD, General Practice, 09:55PM Jul 18, 2010
If you arrived from another planet and saw the obesity pandemic1 you might conclude that we have gone the wrong direction.
Julie had not been successful at weight loss. She gained steadily since her late teens. Now age 32, and overweight, and hoping for pregnancy, she was working on weight loss.
The visitors from outer space would look at planet Earth and note that China has the slimmest population. They eat rice, vegetables and meat.
These aliens would ask why the rest of the world is not doing the same - if the objective is to be lean. Why are we not eating like the Chinese - rice, vegetables and meat?
At a superficial level it looks simple.
I discussed with Julie the idea of an experiment using the Chinese style of eating. For several years she had restricted "carbs" but was still gaining weight.
We worked out the correct calorie intake for weight loss, given her predicted BMR, and her exercise. Foods were divided into six meals. Each meal was boiled rice, vegetables and meat, prepared without using fat. She was already eating regularly, avoiding hunger, reducing alcohol and walking briskly. The Chinese style was the ONLY new tactic.
She began losing weight at the rate of 1.5 lbs (0.75 kg) per week. She was encouraged. She found exercise easier and began longer walking sessions.
Fatty foods in their pure form contain 9 calories per gram compared to 4 calories per gram for "carbs" and proteins. If reducing calories is the objective then reducing any food will work. But if you are looking for the best return on your effort then reducing fats makes sense, mathematically.
What does the real world show about macronutrients? The largest set of data is the Asian information. Asians are slimmer than other ethnic groups. China has long been the slimmest nation, on a diet of rice, vegetables and a little meat. People moving from China to a western culture usually gain weight.
The National Weight Control Registry Study showed that, after weight loss, the majority of those who maintained the weight loss used a low fat diet2. Other studies show no difference in weight loss over 12 months with different macronutrient composition3.
In the end, for weight loss, its calories not content. The easiest way to reduce calories is to reduce fat, but it is not the only way to reduce energy intake.
Now back to Julie. The Chinese diet experiment worked. That was two years ago and she is still succeeding. There is more than one correct way to lose weight.
