Holders of a NATIONAL passport of a country recognised by Switzerland who SIMULTANEOUSLY are in possession of a Finnish residence permit in the form of a “Oleskelulupa/Uppehеllstillstеnd"-sticker in the passport, issued as type A, B or permanent (pysyva) are EXEMPT from the obligation of obtaining a visa if their sojourn will not last longer than 3 months and its purpose is tourism, visit, business negotiations, medical treatment, a theoretical or technical training in connection with business relation, participation in scientific, cultural, religious or sporting events, temporary reporting from Switzerland for foreign media organisations, personnel or goods transportation to or through Switzerland for drivers of a non Swiss based company, job or gainful employment if not for more than 8 days within 90 days. The same rule applies for residence permits issued in form of a separate "Oleskelulupa/Uppehallstillstand" card.
