Здравствуйте, уважаемые форумчане!
Очень интересует вопрос, есть ли в финской культуре персонаж, похожий на бабу-ягу из русских сказок. Если есть, то как называется, как можно охарактеризовать, как выглядит, где живет и т.д. Очень надеюсь на помощь.

Ни в фин. фольклоре, ни вообще в фин. языке нет ничего созвучного ни "яга", ни "баба", ни "баба-яга".
Ищите в индоевропейских языках от ogre, orco
