Нет не правильно.
Ваши анкеты в Extension of a residence permit :
Extended permit application; residence permit on the basis of family ties, OLE_JATKO_PS.
This residence permit application form is for you if you have been granted a fixed-term residence permit on the basis of family ties. The same family ties still exist (e.g. marriage to the same spouse), and you wish to apply for a new fixed-term residence permit on these grounds. If your spouse is not the same as before, use the form OLE_PH1.
