эээээ... нет! совершенно точно в таком случае никаких Фениксов не надо! Если ещё не поздно (после попыток с Фениксом), то сброс в заводское состояние осуществляется через любой из этих 3х способов:


#Option 1, How to Hard Reset Nokia E7 with Software Menu:
1.Turn On Nokia E7
2.Go to Menu: Menu > Settings > Phone > Phone management > Factory settings > Delete data and restore
3.Nokia E7 will ask the default security lock code is: 12345
4.The rest will do by itself to master reset Nokia E7, this process will erase or wipe all important data


#Option 2, How to Hard Reset Nokia E7 with Hardware Button Combinations Key:
1.Before doing the master reset and format Nokia E7, you have to backup any important data
2.Battery Nokia E7 should full charge
3.Turn Off Nokia E7
4.Press and hold together: Volume Down Button key + Camera Button key + Menu Button key, after that continue with press Power Button (do not release the first three button)
5.The process will do format to factory default Nokia E7


#Option 3, How to Hard Reset Nokia E7 with Secret Security Code:
1.Make Sure Nokia E7 is already charge properly
2.Turn on Nokia E7
3.Press at Dial pad: *#7370# and wait
4.Nokia E7 will ask for default security code, enter: 12345
5.Nokai E7 will do format to factory default
