Sorry, have to write in English, need an advice. I'm changing my passports at this time. My russian passport is in Russia with my new last name, my out-of-country passport is with me with my maiden last name. I have to redo registration here in January and want to have my new name, though it's all need to be done before the end of November. The Questions are how long will it take to get new outside passport? And how to get registration in new one before I have to go back to police? can I leave russia before my new passport is ready? and can I leave using my old outside passport with registration having new one without it?
I really hope you understood what I meant....
And I don't want to go to our consulate in Helsinki for some reasons
