Вот передо мной лежит перевод collective agreement for information technology sector, с которым меня брали на работу. Вроде бы такое рекомендовано министерством труда Финляндии. В инете не нашел ссылку, полностью перенабивать лень.
Вобщем, по пунктам.

- Termination of employment
If not otherwise agreed, the employer's period of notice, provided emplyment has continued without a break, is:
1. 14 days if the employment continued for maximum one year.
2. 1 month, if the employment has continued more than 1, but maximum 4 years
3. 2 month, 2..8 years
4. 4 month 8..12 years
5. 6 month, >12 years
If not otherwise agreed, the employee's period of handling in notice, provided the employment has continued without a break, is:
1. 14 days, if the employment has continued for a maximum 5 years.
2. 1 month, >5 years

- Regular working hours
Regular working hours are 7.5 max. per day, 37.5 max. per week.
A maximum 8-hour working day and maximum 40-hour working week can be agreed upon by local agreement, while weekly working hours are averaged out to 37.5 hours according to appendix.
Regular daily working hours are timed between 08:00 and 17:00, unless there are grounds for another agreement.
Sundays and Saturdays are free.
Christmas-Eve and Mid-Summer Eve are free.
In those weeks bank holidays fall on a week-day other than Saturday, the regular working hours are shortened by the equivalent number of working hours.
The employee is entitled a 1/2-1 hour lunch break, during which time they have the right to leave the workplace. The lunch break is not calculated as working hours.
There are two refreshment breaks per day.
The working week starts on Monday.

- Traynee period
The maximum training period that can be carried out only once according to the scope of this agreement is 6 month.
Pay durimng this traynee/learner period is at least 85% of the pay for that specific job.
Professional qualifications are to be taken into account in the possible shortening of this period should the employee be given tasks corresponding to their qualifications. This doe not cover exam-related training.
