получил ответ от Wise:
"We stopped supporting transfers to RUB from 28th February.
But if you have a bank account in EUR, USD or GBP in Russia in a non-sanctioned bank, you can send a payment from there.
In that case, the payment should be sent via SWIFT."
То есть, как вариант: в вайс можно перевести по swift в евро, а с Wise перевести на финский счет.
Я пока не вижу каких-то плюсов в этом двухшаговом переводе,
если можно сделать сразу русский банк - свифт перевод на финский банк

Насчёт USD наврали похоже. В приложении есть список стран, откуда они принимают SWIFT в USD и там нет России.
Саппорт в чате тоже ответил:
"It wouldn't be possible to receive USD using the Wise USD currency account SWIFT details. We just cannot accept these payment, doesn't matter if they're coming from a sanctioned bank or not.
However, there's an option to receive EUR or GBP from Russia, if it's coming from a nonsanctioned back. You can use your EUR or GBP details marked as Outside of the EU/UK under the respective balances." |
