Инетересно то, что среди наибольших проблем была названа коррупция, о которую до сих пор разбивались все попытки реанимировать экономику, а вот в "Программе социального экономического развития на среднесрочную перспективу (2005-2008 годы)" борьба с коррупцией не упоминается. |
Вальцу, по моему, ты процитировал статью, отображающую официальный позицию Кремля, и не останавливающуюся на главном: рост экономики России основывается на росте цен на энергоносители и само развитие экономики является по сути равитием энергетической инфраструктуры (т.н. Трубы).
О хорошем: цены на нефть, по прогнозам будут продолжать расти, соответственно в России и в будущем будет жить лучше чем сейчас.
