Спасибо за ссылку, но это пока законопроект, а не закон. Меня конкретно интересует ответ на следующий вопрос:

Если гражданин Финляндии приглашает к себе в гости родителей, граждан РФ, то обязаны ли родители платить консульский сбор за визу в консульстве Финляндии в РФ?

Согласно принятому закону ЕС:

1) Members of an EU citizen’s immediate family, whatever their nationality, may travel with them. The immediate family is defined as spouse, children under 21 (or dependent children), as well as parents and spouse’s parents if they are also dependants.

2) For family members who are not EU nationals travelling with an EU citizen, the Member State(s) to or through which travel takes place may require an entry visa, depending on the nationality of the individuals concerned. This visa should be granted free of charge and without undue formalities by the relevant consular authorities.

Family members who are not nationals of an EU Member State are not entitled to the visa arrangements mentioned above when travelling alone. The freedoms already mentioned apply to non-EU national family members only when they travel with an EU citizen. Non-EU nationals who wish to travel alone within the EU have to comply with the normal visa, if required, and other requirements for their nationality.


Короче, из вышеприведенной информации, следует ли то, что родители гражданина Финляндии являющиеся гражданами РФ могут получить визу БЕСПЛАТНО если в консульство Финляндии в России придет приглашающий, то бишь гражданин Финляндии и заявит о том что родители следуют в Финляндию вместе с ним/с ней???
