вот что мне когда-то ответили таможенники на вопрос по провозу велосипеда:

Products that are imported from outside the EU to Finland must be
declared. The importer has to pay customs duty (15 %) and value added
tax (22 %). In addition you have to pay anti-dumping duty if the
bicycle is made in China or in Taiwan.
