Сиили а Вы сколько времени здесь живете? Чухна прав, не надо подписывать договоров (ето рекомендованно но можно и устно! Ето касается даже договора на работу, не говоря о практике.

Employment in Finland always involves an employment contract, whereby the employee agrees to perform some specified work for an employer in return for agreed wages or other compensation. There is no absolute need for this contract to be written down, but the employer is legally bound to give the employee a written certificate of the employment terms.
