На 2 года ну никак нельзя. Из года - пол года +1 день нужно быть в Suomi.

ненадо фантазировать -- можно уехать на 2 года без проблем, даже более того не платить налоги если живешь меньше 180 дней в году.
Обратитесь к первоисточникам и не порите тут бред, тоже мне "Гость" нашелся.

How should I proceed in order to prevent my residence permit from expiring while I'm away from Finland?
A permanent residence permit will expire if you leave Finland permanently or if you otherwise reside outside Finland continuously for two years. If your plans are to move abroad for two years (e.g. to work or study) you should file an application to the Directorate of Immigration not to cancel you residence permit . The application must be filed before your stay abroad has lasted for two years. If your application is granted you will be notified the period during which your residence permit is not be cancelled.
