Immigration: third-country nationals legally residents since 5 years, long-term resident status

Если кратко, то Европарламент принял директиву, которая позволяет людям у которых есть статус перманетна в одной из европейских стран свободно работать и в любой другой стране.
Одно но, все страны ЕС должны этот дерективу интегрировать в свои законы до 23 January 2006. Так что, все будут тянуть до этого срока, зато потом лафа начнется

Article 26
Transposition
Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 23 January 2006 at the latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
When Member States adopt these measures, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such reference on the occasion of their official publication. The methods of making such reference shall be laid down by Member States.
